Anser Advisory and Sehlke leverage the GSA 03 FAC contract vehicle to provide Real Property Support for MCIPAC in Japan, South Korea, and Hawaii
Anser Advisory and teaming partner Sehlke Consulting were recently awarded a contract to provide the Marine Corps Installations Pacific (MCIPAC) with Real Property Support, including validation and updating of internet Navy Facility Assets Data Store (iNFADS) records. The Markon and Sehlke MCIPAC Real Property Support contract team will also execute correction and assembly of physical folders for each real property record. With Anser Advisory as the prime contractor, these efforts will focus on assisting the Marines in meeting audit compliance and standards of the Chief Financial Officer. The work will also enable MCIPAC Facilities (G-F) to sustain effective installation management of real property.

[Anser Advisory] leadership traveled to Okinawa in September for the official kick-off with the Markon and Sehlke MCIPAC Real Property Support contract team, and the work will be performed at multiple MCIPAC locations including Okinawa, Japan; South Korea; and Hawaii.
The MCIPAC Real Property Support contract win represents a critical new DoD client for Anser Advisory and leverages our breadth of experience and deep expertise across the spectrum of both facilities and financial management. Anser Advisory and Sehlke’s MCIPAC Real Property Support contract consists of a base year plus four option years, and it was awarded on the GSA 03 FAC vehicle.
