Austin, TX. — July 7, 2021–Anser Advisory, LLC (“Anser Advisory” or “Anser”) announces the launch of website FederalDollars.com. Created in collaboration with Government Services Group (GSG), the goal of FederalDollars.com is to serve as a comprehensive resource for governmental agencies, communities, and organizations regarding the American Rescue Plan. At its core, FederalDollars.com will aggregate the extensive media coverage and bespoke thought leadership content to support policy understanding and implementation of American Rescue Plan dollars.
The American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (H.R. 1319) is a $1.9 trillion bill that intends to fuel nationwide recovery from the economic impacts of the pandemic. A large portion of this aid is dedicated to infrastructure improvements; however, the plan is fragmented. As funds flow through existing funding channels to governments at State and local levels, many of the recipients are not experienced in managing this level of federal involvement. In reality, federal dollars come with extensive strings (and red tape) attached. Beyond compliance with federal rules, the opportunity to stretch federal dollars across more initiatives and projects creates significant need for education and support to enable a more expansive community and societal positive impact.
The team behind the site at Anser Advisory took the initiative to establish the hub to serve as a leader in the American Rescue Plan roll-out, driven by the acknowledgment that ARP is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to shape a significant step up in addressing the nation’s crumbling infrastructure, positively impacting society and driving community benefits.
Through the launch of FederalDollars.com, Anser aims to increase access to information, best practices, and offer real-time support from the firm as agencies go forward with ARP implementation.
